Avaliação da contribuiçãoWhen I can 't get my meal at the drive thru, they apparently can 't ever hear me now. I 've been to this location ever since they built it and it 's gone down the drain hard. I 've had people laughing over the microphone only to not hear what I 'm saying, example: I would like 2 chicken sandwiches was apparently heard as I would like a chicken fajita . I 've even had one of your workers have someone else get on the mic when I had to yell at him just for him to hear me, I 'm a loud person so this is absurd. I can also go on and on about how ever time I order the two tacos I ask for no sauce and what do I get on them 80% of the time? Sauce. I don 't like this location anymore and I hope the one going up in Middleton is better than this one, if not, I don 't think I 'll eat here anymore.
For about 5 years this store did really good work. Since the covid lock down things have tapered off. Multiple mistakes, multiple visits. Shorted orders, and incorrect. Top that off by not handing a receipt, well now the customer has no paper trail of what was wrong. I will boycott this store from now on.
Prices have gone way up! Food took forever even though it was not busy and it was cold when we got it! It's really turned us off eating fast food anymore. Seems like prices go up and quality goes way down! You can eat in a regular restaurant for as much as fast food costs now!
I have never been to a jack and the box and receive this kind of service, my food was extremely burnt to the point I couldn’t even take a bite or I’d lose a tooth. The fries (my favorite part of a meal) un-eatable. I was left craving a good meal and came home to this. 0 stars jack in the box ….
The staff at this franchise prepares some of the best food, without a doubt. I used to think that every Jack in the Box would be the same, but this location really stands out. I've had excellent experiences here, especially compared to some of the other places in the valley.
