We love Dairy Queen, however the Manager at the DouglasGlen location is the rudest, most arrogant Manager around. Take your business elsewhere, save yourself the headache.

Went in for a Blizzard to support Miracle Treat Day and we were so please at how well staffed and efficient. Friendly efficient staff despite the busyness and a good blizzard.

Very slow service especially the drive thru. Took 17 minutes for 3 vehicles.

This is quite possibly the worst Dairy Queen in the city. The order is always wrong and the food is sub par consistently. The staff is also very unprofessional. This is the closest location to where I live and will deliberately drive to another location to avoid going to this one. I am not one to berate, but this location is very, very disappointing.
