Avaliação da contribuiçãoI used to love this place and the food it offered. Something has changed ; wilty slimy lettuce pieces, low quality bun severely burnt as if it was made with eyes closed ; very disappointed!
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in 130th Ave SE. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The lady who was serving my meal is also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat. ??
Had a great experienced here. The quality of the foods are very good and I strongly recommend trying their chicken. Crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside. Also the staff named kish her customer service is on point and very friendly.
Just enjoyed a random date night here and had a wonderful experience. Owner is very friendly, generous and even played great music for us while we dined in. You could also eat at the bistro table setup outside but we ate inside this time.It was my wife’s first-time here and she absolutely loved it. Tender, light but crispy chicken. Tasty batter that’s not too heavy, oily or greasy. Fries perfectly done, crispy on the outside but not over cooked. Cole slaw was almost turquoise blue lol, but regardless it was gone moments later.Overall highly recommended MUST-TRY if you haven’t yet. I’ve been to Mary Browns, Jolibee’s and Pope-eyes and while each of those have good qualities prefer Fritou out of those above. Thanks we’ll be back!
Pro tip: Call ahead as the fresh chicken is fried on demand for each order. Takes about 15-20 minutes and is absolutely worth it.I can’t believe I am writing this, but I would say I actually like this better than Popeyes. The friendly owner and delicious chicken make this the place for Quebec-style fried chicken! Excellent gravy.
