Pizza Hut - Calgary

Ordered a gluten free pizza for my grandkids which was tasteless, had a burned crust, minimal amount of cheese and was overall an absolute rip-off. Will not order from them again. Phoned to complain and was told a manager would get in touch. Never happened!

Came in and ordered 3 medium pizzas. 1 ham and pineapple, 1 pepperoni and mushroom and 1 Italian Sausage and beef…received 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni mushroom, 1 Italian sausage and beef. I guess 2/3 is not bad but, disappointed when you can’t get a pizza right knowing this is a franchised chain

I ordered a medium pizza today and I forgot to put my unit number my mistake I called 12 times and never got through. When I did get my pizza it was literally raw dough. Gross.

New Management is awesome, Pizza's are so much better now. Store looks more inviting, after new renos they have done.

Horrible service super long wait time. Can’t understand English. Can’t answer a phone. Waste of time and money. They genuenly don’t care about you. Shut this place down making a bad name for Pizza Hut
