The woman serving me was rude, disrespectful, and displayed racist behavior. Despite the restaurant's policy of treating all customers equally, she seemed to be out of touch or disturbed. I ordered a veggie sub and she put it in the toaster, then left it there while attending to other tasks and customers. When I asked for my sandwich to be finished, she ignored me and showed aggressive behavior. As a result, the bread became hard as a rock. I believe she should face consequences for her actions. I would like to speak to head office about this incident, as I work in the restaurant industry myself and understand the importance of treating all customers with respect and quality service, regardless of how busy it may be. Unfortunately, I do not have her name, but I can provide a description for reference. Please investigate this matter.
This is the best sub I have ever had. I highly recommend this Subway location. If you are ever craving a delicious veggie patty sub at the airport, make sure to stop by here!
The prices at this restaurant are extremely high. They charge $15 for a 6-inch sub and $20 for a footlong, while also being stingy with toppings. They justify these prices by calling it "airport pricing" at the cashier.
The customer service at this restaurant is consistently exceptional.
