Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe food here is absolutely delicious! The standout dish for me was the chicken fingers for kids, which were surprisingly large. I really hope they maintain that size, as my child absolutely loved them. The beet salad with chicken was tasty; the chicken skin was crispy and had a great crunch, but I felt the portion could have been a bit larger. As for the black cod, it was good, but there was an overpowering amount of mint that overshadowed the other flavors.
The whipped black sesame seed dip was underwhelming and not worth mentioning. However, the gnocchi, sake-marinated cod, and diver scallops were all excellent. Although the scallop portion size felt quite small (only three scallops) for a main dish, the quality was undeniable. For dessert, we tried the lemon cake and butterscotch pudding, both of which were fantastic. The atmosphere was a bit quiet, but it was a Sunday night, so that was understandable. The staff was very attentive, and I look forward to returning during the day to make it a spa day experience. Overall, it was a delightful outing, and we had a great time!
Beautiful restaurant. Breakfast. The drive was worth it. The seat outside overlooking the pool and a water fire pit next to the table. Service was excellent. Food was amazing. Ordnete Chilaquiles Rojas, so delicious. Presentation was beautiful, in any case we wished to be divided because parts were very generous. Tortillas were crispy, sauce was exactly the right amount of spicy and the eggs were golden fluffy pillows of delicious, with ripe creamy avocado slices. Also tried a side of crushed potatoes that we shared, crispy and perfectly seasoned. Will definitely return to Weinland next time.
The cocktails were excellent, and the corn soup was delightful. The hamachi crudo was the best I've ever tasted—seriously, you must try it! The shrimp cocktail was solid and flavorful, and the salad was the freshest I've had at any restaurant. The Spanish octopus featured some fascinating Southeast Asian and Singaporean influences that were outstanding. Following that, we had a decent piece of halibut, but the steak was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Solbar! Oh, and the wines were also good.
The atmosphere and service was impeccable! Great view of the pool and and nicely shaded patio. Very relaxing and the server gave a superb wine recommendation. I really wanted to give 5 stars but the lobster roll totally let me down. There were huge chunks of lobster which was amazing! But the herb aïoli completely overpowered the lobster. All I tasted was herbs? and the roll wasn?t even a roll just a toasted slice of bread. While the bread was very tasty it made it pretty difficult to eat; it was a definite fork and knife situation. On the plus side the fries were crispy and well seasoned.
