Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis is not a "cantina" style italian restaurant. It is higher end with delicate dishes.Nice atmosphere and nice decor.I thought the service was very average for this type of restaurant. Our waiter didn't explain much clearly seeing that some things we did not understand. The food was ok, nothing that would make me go back.I was a but put off by our waiter ...... we ordered a wine and did not notice it was white. When we realized the mistake (before the bottle was opened), we asked to change it to a red wine. The waiter said no problem, and exchanged the bottle.Since he did not bring the wine list again, we thought the prices would be similar. When we went to pay the bill, the red wine was double the price, and as a kicker, wasn't even that good.I think the waiter should have mentioned it but that's just my opinion. My overall experience wasn't very good. A clear case of .... the place is better than the food. Also, an italian restaurant that does not have alfredo sauce .... is it really italian?Outdoor and indoor seating available.
We stumbled upon Restaurante Vera - and how lucky we were.I think the cuisine is nouveau Italian - and it was certainly one of our better dinners in Cartagena. Make sure to request to be seated in the air-conditioned room.Waiter Edwin Vasquez is superb.
We heard great things about this restaurant. The reason that I am giving it an average is because I don't think that it was very good. If I had a choice I would classify it as good. Had risotto and it was good but not exceptional. The wine list was not limited. The service was very good.
The place is wonderful and the staff are very amiable. The italian food is very good. Taste the tiramisú. It's excellent!
If you feel like Italian food in Cartagena, this is the place. Nice atmosphere, food was served with a smile and tasted accordingly well.
