Cindy's Eastside Kitchen - Cambridge

Stopped in based off of other internet reviews on our way home. Place is small and cozy. Food was priced well and had good portion sizes, not too much but not too little. Pancakes were good and I liked that I could still get breakfast around noon.

We really enjoyed this place. We're staying in the hyatt and brought our children to breakfast this morning. I had the Omelette. My wife had the egg sandwich. My son had waffles and the other son had a pancake. Great ambience in relation to a real true place. Many locals who were really a good sign. Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff.

After the darkness rubbed, a few large pickup trucks were parked in front of the small bow on quiet back road. Due to the positive reviews here, I was not drunk about going into, even though I'm out of town, wearing white-collar worker clothing. Open the door and was immediately greeted by Cindy and felt like at home! She was very attentive, even when it was busy and she was herself. The dinner specials looked good and plentiful portions, but I was really in the mood for a sandwich and pommes. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a BLT. The chicken was thoroughly and tenderly made, the veggie toppings were all fresh. The pommes were perfectly crisp. Much perfectly cooked bacon on the BLT. My son wanted a simple grilled cheese with chips and that was also approved child! So that had a perfect syrup ratio, and refills were coming fast. The atmosphere was really picturesque, antiques on the wall, wooden floors and counter, nice and warm on a cold evening and crowd were all working class people who were friendly and seemed to not think an outsider at all. The pricing for everything was worth-conscious, certainly worth every penny.

One of the best 'home town' places to dine!! Wonderful atmosphere, great service delicious food!!! Would every local or just go through!!

I can't believe I've never eaten here before. So glad my nephew recommended it. Sweet little restaurant with excellent food and service. There were 9 of us and we all loved what we ordered. Everything is fresh, homemade and delicious. Stop it, you're not sorry! Save space for Dessert. Strawberry cake!
