Dairy Queen Brazier - Cambridge

My husband and I went in there today the cashier was rude and didn't even give us a chance to explain our order didn't even get are whole order correctly this is the worse experience ever put tomatoes on my husband's sandwich cause they didn't even give him a chance to say what he wanted in it I don't think we will be going back to this one ever

Slow service. 3 people working in the back. Sitting at the window for 5 minutes for someone to even take our money.

We waited at least 25 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, the cheeseburgers were greasy, as if they had been frozen for a long time. The fries were cold as well. The girl at the front seemed uncomfortable around men. This was not the usual quality we expect from Dairy Queen, and we won't be returning to this location.

The staff here really do a fantastic job. We always enjoy a delicious ice cream bag. The food is of high quality, and the atmosphere inside is very friendly.

Dreadful waiting time! we waited in the drive for 25 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of us! needs better management or better systems!
