Tim Hortons - Cambridge

I like Tim Hortons especially their donuts, especially their Vanilla Dip donut. But I also always seem to get their crispy chicken sandwiches. Their latest one the spicy buffalo one always hits the spot when I have to hit the road quickly for a medium length drive. Fast service, clean establishment, and oh so very Canadian :

A decent Tim Hortons overall. The drive thru can be too long at times but other than that the service has been good and I’ve not had any issues with my orders.

This Tim's had muffins at noon! Other than the long drive thru line it was great! My fault I never been thru their drive thru so I didn't realize it's length!!!

Extremely bad experience the guy Jitendra and the girl around 5pm on Thursday were very inconsiderate. First they took my wrong order and then refused to help. Specially the girl was very adamant not to help.She was making faces and throwing I don’t care attitude that was really very rude. I returned my order they didn’t even care to replace. She clearly said I can’t help. Even though it was their fault not mine.After reading comments I am sure people are complaining about the same girl. I would never ever want to visit your place ever.The only good thing about this particular Tim Hortons is their manager Vasu. Wish he was around I am sure he could have helped but the girl and the guy Jitendra didn’t call him even when we insisted to meet him.I would never recommend Tim Hortons to anyone. Also now I realize why this place has so many negative reviews on google.Really bad experience!!

Disappointed with the drive thru lady. I Ordered 10 pack assorted timbits told her several times not put honey dip or birthday timbits in their but she did not listen. I will not be returning to this location again.
