Rusty Spur Bar & Grill - Camrose

I met with some friends on a Friday night for a bite to eat and some socializing.There was an interesting menu item called a hangover burger and, although I didn't have a hangover, it looked too good to resist. GOOD CHOICE!!!I won't spoil your surprise with a description here, but it's a must to have. It's so thick, I almost dislocated my jaw when taking a first bite. Don't make the mistake of eating too many of the fries before finishing the burger or you might not get to the end. The service was good, but there is no draft beer, only bottles, so be prepared for that.

Spent the afternoon with friends, had some great appetizers very clean and a comfortable atmosphere.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The Caesars were amazing, the drinks were awesome, and the wings were good. I highly recommend this place. I was completely impressed by the bartender's ability to make me an East Coast Paralyzer, as well as the Caesar I requested.

I visited the Rusty Spur for a half rack of ribs and steak combo. Unfortunately, the steak was cooked too much and the ribs were tough and unappetizing. Even adding barbecue sauce couldn't improve the taste, as it was the worst sauce I ever had. To top it off, there was an additional charge for the sauce that was not disclosed upfront. Overall, this was the worst meal I have ever had.

I stopped by this restaurant on Friday, February 1st, 2013 for lunch. I noticed that the place had recently been renovated and decided to give it a try. I ordered the 1/2 rack rib combo, which also came with shrimp and a side salad. Unfortunately, the ribs were not good. The meat was soft, mushy, and tasteless, so I could only eat a small amount of them. The shrimp was okay, but I have had better elsewhere. The side salad was good, but it was on the smaller side. When the waitress asked how my meal was, I told her it was terrible. She just responded with "Oh, that's too bad" and walked away. Despite my dissatisfaction, I was still charged the full price, which was almost $20.00. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
