Avaliação da contribuiçãoTried the General Tso Chicken. The sauce was reasonably spicy and with a strong taste of ginger. It was also quite thick and sticky. Overall it was ok but I think the dishes are quite expensive for what is on offer. for dish, steamed...rice and a beer. On a Friday night it was reasonably busy but not as busy as I would have expected. Service was fine and I was able to have a beer, so place is licenced.
Be aware the photos do NOT reflect the current menu. It's on a piece of paper where you mark your choice and hand it to the staff. Our dishes barely contained any chillie and this place does not merit the adjective Szechuan It also appears...to be no longer licensed and does not have any alcoholic drinks on the menu or in the refrigerated cabinets. At on a Saturday night, it contained people. Food was just adequate as a meal. Unfortunately.
Tried to book before Christmas phonenot answering. Checked it out today when in the city- Seems to be completely closed down with mail pushed under the door.....
We have been to this place many times and loved it but this time was terrible our hot pot had a layer of oil at least thick and many hot pot ingredients were no longer available unfortunately they have lost our custom
If you like chili with lots of garlic, you'll love this Sichuan restaurant. Just to let you know, everything is hot! Hot! Hot! We had the cumin lamb ribs. It is wonderful. The beef tripe was delicious as well. You have to order it. For...veggies, we had the pork belly with cauliflower. There are lots of Chinese diners, so that's speaks for itself. I really like the Sichuan flavors here. You have to b give it a try.
