La Galiote - Canet-en-Roussillon

We have been here 2 days in a row and had different seafood every day. The service was friendly and fast (it was Monday off season! and the food really tasty and well done. Concerning the styling and decoration there is room for improvement!

We liked this restaurant so much we went twice during our week in Canet. The food was presented very well and tasted as good as it looked. Also the set menus were great value. I had the steak the first night and the loop (fish) the second night. My husband liked the pork so much the first night he had it again the second night. The tiramisu was the best I ever had and the ice cream was lovely too. The staff were very efficient and friendly.

I only wish I stayed in this town longer to revisit this restaurant. I had the muscles and squid, and never had them prepared better!

Another good surprise in a place when restaurants of all sorts line the sea front. Lovely food, fresh, well prepared. Excellent value for money. Friendly service

This is a popular restaurant, well above the Canet average. The food has a bit more love and care , the service is good and warm and is good value for money.
