Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Canmore

We visited the Dairy Queen Grill Chill on September 4, 2023, around 8 p.m.The tables near the window were blocked, with chairs on both sides of the entrance (see the picture).The toilet was blocked with an out of order sign.Kids needed to wash their hands before consuming the food. I asked the staff where we could wash our hands, and they said that the sinks were in order. Does the sanitary standards allow to dine in without access to water?It looks like stuff blocking tables and toilets from the customers for the opportunity not to clean it up during their shift.

We had the Reese's Blizzard, and they were fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant looked clean. Definitely one of the better fast food stops we've made in the area.

Staff are very friendly quick. Food was very good. I had the peanut buster parfait my Dad had a banana split.

Multiple bad experiences with these guys, skip this DQ location. Overcharged. They manage to ruin my favorite sundae that I’ve ordered for years at other locations every single time. Not sure what’s going on here.
