Lorenzo's Pub And Pizza - Canonsburg

Lorenzo? Pizza's just picking up now that they can't deliver enough people for them? how tells us about their owner? but they offer another unique service that makes it worth a stop. They have an outdoor seating area next to the building and arrange that musicians come and play. So they turned a pizza joint into a pub! We tried her last night. It was a nice, warm, Saturday night and it was a great experience overall. We met the owner on the way in and chatted with her for a few minutes. Then we went to the side of the building and found some seating. While there's a window with a sign that says? They actually had a waitress running around - and I mean RUNNING! This woman was excited to take care of orders, supply food, supply drinks and take care of a busy amount. She was always on her way and always apologised to let us wait. We didn't mind when we saw how busy she was and the waiting times weren't so long. Menus were on the table. So we decided about what we wanted, ordered and heard the singers until it arrived. We ordered beers, baked mushrooms, Jalapeno-Poppers and Spinach Calzone. That was also the order in which they arrived. The beers were really cold. The two appetizers were deeply fried and to be on the hairy edge of the fat. The calzone was too little spinach for our taste, but had a satisfactory combination of ricotta and mozzarella. The crust was somewhat too thin in the middle, so the edges were too thick. Also, it is a good idea to let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it into it. Look at the image of the cut I include to see why. These complaints are actually relatively low, as we really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the whole scenario, and will definitely come back with friends to enjoy a nice evening at the pub.

Big little neighborhood pizza pub. Our crew stopped at noon on consecutive days. Fast and friendly service. Fresh dough. Lots of toppings. Quality ingredients. Meghan and her staff were fantastic!

The first time here and we had a really good experience. Service was great. The food was delicious. Everyone liked their Huagies. The Calzone was perfect! We'll be back. Perk, that we could sit outside like that!

The first time there and the food was delicious? The pizza was really good! The salads were very generous. Everyone at our party was happy with their food. I had the grilled chicken hoagie. The chicken was seasoned well and very tenderly. We're going back!

They serve beer with pizza, what else needs to be said. Great place dinning in or for delivery. Recently under new management and remodeled. The Pizza here is really good, better than most in the area, haven't had their calzones yet but in classic Italian style the sauce is not on the inside. If your accustomed to NY style pizza this is the place though you may have to ask them to cut a whole pie NY style. And they serve ? like being in NY without the crazy.
