Dairy Queen - Canyon Lake

I have not gone back in until I noticed that there was some new blood at DQ. The lady that does the drive thu is bouncy and lively. She makes sure that ur food and ice creams are to ur satisfaction. I have not gotten her name, but she is great. I have noticed that she was not there in the evenings, so maybe she worked the daytime.i know that the kids that are there at nite,don't make sure their hair is up in hat or something. So watch out for hair in your food.

30+ minutes for a meal at a FAST food restaurant, workers trying to hide in the back to not take orders, dirty, no respect, definitely not a place anyone should visit just to eats a simple

I don't usually waste my time or yours BUT this place is so very bad that I felt compelled to write this review! I try to give places the benefit of the doubt! Kids wanted to try it! Haven't been here in years but alas I relented! If this is a franchise owned store I can't imagine how they stay in business! Are you ready? First the cheeseburgers had NO TASTE and seemed to be sitting there prepared in advance! Just awful! But the coup d gras was the fact that we tried to order some ice cream sundaes AND was told by the kid who took order AND what appeared to be the manager that they didn't have the custard available until 6 PM! What? That's their main product! Was told to come back after 6! This place has limped along for years and years. If I could give it a minus 5 stars I would. Run DO NOT WALK TO AVOID THIS PLACE! You have been warned! If it is corporate owned, they should shut it down tonight! If it's a franchise owned, I am sorry but this place doesn't merit another chance! Ever!

Dining room closed due to lack of employees. Took them 15 minutes to make 4 blizzards.

Waited in the drive thru ten minutes. No service. I spoke to the machine “hello? Hello? Hello?”. I thought the machine was broken. I moved forward and waited in a line of two other cars and we didn’t move for another ten minutes, so I went inside to order. Walked inside and nobody was there taking any orders. All employees were in the back doing who knows what? We left. On a Friday night you’d think they’d want to make some money but nope. They’d rather hide from customers. Unreal service here. Highly disappointing. Don’t waste your time or money here, nobody cares. We went to Lowe’s and bought ice cream and it took almost 3 minutes. Dairy Queen in canyon lake officially sucks.
