Sage Bistro - Cape Canaveral

The new owner-managers have taken over a Cape Canaveral iconic bistro and haven’t missed a beat. It’s just as good as before, with some notable upgrades.

Service and food were excellent. Greeted warmly upon entering and seated promptly. Something for everyone on the menu. Nice choices from the bar. Dinner was hot and tasty. Definitely give them a try if you are in the area. Friendly and fun atmosphere!

Truly excellent chef. Excellent service. A beautiful, relaxing dinner with family. NOT disappointed! I don’t know why it says that!

This was our first visit, we will definitely be back. Everything about the evening was great. Great selection of foods, wine and desserts. Full bar. Very friendly staff. Openers came around to tables checking on how everything was.

Menu has all types of different food items for just about anyone. Both appetizers that we ate, the scallops wrapped in bacon and the escargot were excellent. The Swedish meatballs and the Bison Sheppards pie were excellent as well
