Avaliação da contribuiçãoRestaurant had only one server for this dinner service on Valentines Day. We arrived on time for our 7 pm reservation. We were seated at 8 pm and finally received our our food at 9 pm. The live music was the only reason we didn't get up and leave. No one apologized for the poor service. The attitude was basically, take it or leave it, and we're doing the best we can. Food was good, but a bit over priced. I was also charged for a salad that we never received. I won't be going back.
Not enough wait staff. Our server was great but she was stretched too thin. Lobster and crab poor boy was awful. Drinks were watered down. Noise so loud we couldn’t talk.
All reservations were cancelled no notification Didn’t even try to seat us just a “sorry”
Although I am compassionate about the damage caused by hurricane Ian, it is impossible to overlook the negative experience we had at Duval Street. The drinks were served in flimsy plastic cups; we were offered plastic utensils because they were apparently out of regular utensils; most of our food choices were not available so one person in our party actually ordered grilled cheese. Surprisingly, there were exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, which would seem to be a health code issue. I probably dine out 2-3 times per week for the past 20 years and I must say that this was the most disappointing experience I can ever remember.
Half our entrees came out and the other half finally came out 20 minutes later. When we asked they said sorry there was only one cook and he was doing his best.
