Don Carlos Authentic Mexican And Taqueria

Very bland no flavor enchiladas made without red or green sauce very disappointing will not be going back, high prices for little amount they give you, service needs to be better

The meat platter did seem to be seasoned decent and was tasty however, the ribs ribs were small and dry,the shrimp had one that was not cleaned properly so I did not finish the rest ,my wife however liked her chili Colorado however ,she does tend to drown out any flavor that may or may not have been there with flaming hot sauce so that kinda negates eating off her plate.Would I go back only if invited , I would choose one of the other many,many Mexican restaurants in the area on my own.

Love the corn tortillas tacos. Most authentic in town. I am allergic to the fabulosa cleaner you use. I can't breathe in the restaurant for long and have to order to go. 5 stars if you switch to a new cleaning agent. Love the new square plates. Nice patio gated off. Fresh air outside helps so I don't smell the cleaning agent

Drive through the city and stopped here. A two stroke for good food and good value! It is a Tex/Mex restaurant with some authentic products. Mexican tacos are very different from American tacos. These are dressed on small double corn tortillas, choice of meat and with onion cilantro. I had my share of authentic Mexican tacos all over Mexico and California. I had the rhinestone tacos and the shrimp cocktail. 8/10 on authentic 8/10 on taste 10/10 on value The shrimp cocktail was huge! And better for the price! They had other Tex/Amex items like Fajitas, Burritos, Nachos etc. The staff was friendly and good mood here.

Food was great service was good, I have recommended that people who like good Mexican food go there
