Avaliação da contribuiçãoBad customer service. My drink got messed up and they told me I’d have to pay to get it fixed. I’m not mad, just disappointed.
There was a bit of a line in the drive thru when we stopped by for morning coffee and breakfast on the go but it moved quickly. The woman working the window was very friendly and pleasant in her greeting and filling the order. We ordered two lattes one skinny vanilla and the other hazelnut with oat milk. I absolutely love the smooth flavor the oat milk gives my lattes! So happy with the new oat milk option! We also ordered the double bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich. They were hot and delicious crispy bacon and melted cheese, fluffy egg on a warmed bun. The only recommendation we didn’t get napkins and guess we should have asked. I guess when traveling I am used to usually getting them in the drive thru with the order, and didn’t check. Location is convenient for travelers coming off I 55 and also for overnight hotel visits in the area. We use the app and contactless pay. Could have also used ordering on the app, but hadn’t thought to do that before we were in the line.
Drove here a ways, the phone was forwarded to a VM that didn't say whether they were open. They apparently are permanently closed.
The new employees they've hired are not trained. I asked for a matcha subbed for skim milk with light ice. I checked the sticker after I had drinken the whole thing and they put 1/2 inch heavy whipping cream in it?? I don't understand.
This was by far the first time I have sat at the menu board for a very long time while no one was in front of me, or in the store for that matter. And when I got my drink, which was a frozen Frappuccino, it was literally melted.
