Avaliação da contribuiçãoDrove to Cape May from NE Pa! to introduce friends to Aleathea's...we'd visited before would have given 5 stars! and our friends were eager for the experience. Checked the website FB before traveling, open for breakfast, lunch dinner, check!Arrived today, to find the place closed under construction!Website says nothing about this, and FB only posted something later last week, after we had checked.VERY disappointed, and won't bother making the 4 hour trip again any time soon. Can't imagine why a business would not keep their website updated with such crucial information!
The restaurant is short staffed. So do keep this in mind before sitting down. The food for breakfast on the first day was amazing. I ordered the eggs benedict. The second morning the eggs were overcooked. The first evening the food was presented beautifully. Service all three times was okay. The host to the restaurant in the morning was lovely. Very sweet individual. The last meal we had at the restaurant was in the evening. We had an event. However, out waitress, was absolutely lovely. She brought out the courses as they should come out and didnt rush the food. She was wonderful. I wish I could recall her name, as her service was excellent. And the food and drinks were also very good.
Just afternoon cocktails for our small group. Attached to The Inn at Cape May. Bar staff were friendly, informative and working really hard to keep up with the extreme demand. Great experience.
Went in for an after dinner drink. We told our bartender we like bourbon and wanted an after dinner drink. She had a great suggestion of an espresso martini made with bourbon. Top notch! She was very personable and made our short stay very enjoyable
We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The omelet was perfect. Wonderful view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back!
