Avaliação da contribuiçãoWaited 45 minutes for a reservation I made 1 month ago. After multiple inquiries, we were finally brought back only to see multiple tables empty. Not the service and attention I would expect from this type of establishment.
Honestly, I feel bad for doing this but we won’t be returning. Cold and not too hospitable about the service. In regards to errors ..We waited a while to be greeted and to be watered. We also waited over 15 minutes for wine and wine service. At least the manager apologized about the miscommunication on the wine, but it was painful to sit and wait. And then the wine was spilled when it was being poured. My husband ordered 2 dessert wines on the wine list and that took a while to be told every time that they didn’t have one nor the other. We were also specialed verbally on the fig carpaccio to then be told that they were out of that as well. Sea salt for Waygu meat that was requested took a while. Lastly tea service was weak. Waiter said “what tea did you want?” Rather than explaining our options. We had a higher level expectation going into this dinner and was unfortunately disappointed. Service fell short.
The appetizer was delicious. I ordered the scallops. The scallops were not large and they were gritty the vegetables. The main vegetable on the plate was carrots and I believe that carrots are for horses. It was supposed to be snap peas and they told me they sliced them and I think the chef made it put two of them on the plate. I had a $90 bill walking out of out the door and I will never go back.
This restaurant was amazing. The server was able to guide us through the menu, the food was delicious and drinks were amazing
Excellent meal with excellent service. We ate in the garden and it was quite charming much quieter and more intimate than the side by side tables in the dining room.
