Villa 47 - Cape Town

Villa 47 is a gem in the centre of town. It is quite pricey but food is good and so is the service. Personal favourite is the seared tuna usually on the board.

After a disappointing experience at Hemelhuijs we walked across walked into Villa 47 with no booking. The service was excellent, the waiter was attentive and pleasant. We definitely will be back! Thank you!

The steak with truffle fries is really good. The meat is well cooked and flavored and I could’ve eaten 4 or 5 portions of the fries easily. They’re that good. The service is a bit slow but the food makes up for it.

Great Italian food the pasta is incredible. Which I find rare in this day and age. Prices are towards the high side of things, but they always have alot of specials on. Really nice atmosphere in the courtyard, and it's especially nice for cocktails. Can also highly recommend the chocolate fondant!!

Lovely ambiance, great food and prompt service. Their pastas are all delicious and the food came out surprisingly quickly. Followed with a marvelous pavlova for dessert, is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in the city
