I understand that serving 150 covers in three is a difficult task, but to tell visitors, however, motivated to buy cheeses that the menu is FISSO would be the least. Never known before, it was a pleasant surprise. Salumi and cheeses of superior quality, but all that arrived at the table was great, wine included. I'll recommend it to friends if they have to move around here.
Fixed menu: mixed appetizer with meats, cheeses, gardener, all of their production, exceptional malga gnocchi (discover the classic potato dumplings, here the potatoes are not there), sweet, water and farmer's wine at 30 euros. Very interesting, and very kind staff, however... boys in 2023 it is not possible not to have the POS. I had to go to the village later (with a curved road) to take. Well...
Truly lovely place, overlooking the valley and under the mountains. The owners really nice, then no I tell you the good things we ate, all production them. I really recommend that.
