Very slow service! 30 min before receiving our order!! Eat cold!

It would be important to note that the A&W at Place Laurier and that at Place Ste-Foy close before the time indicated on Google. Employees stop serving customers until 20 minutes before closing.

The cashier canceled my order at 5:30 p.m. when the restaurant closed at 6 p.m. Wanting to finish earlier I understand, but there are limits. I understand that working makes you hot but...

Poor service. The employee did not leave my burger warm but placed it on the tray even though the fries were only ready 5 minutes later. Very slow... The 3 cashiers, one of whom was seated, were telling each other about their lives... to pass the time.

The restaurant closes at 9pm on Thursday, I was at the restaurant by 8h35 pm and the staff said they are closed and they don’t take any orders starting from 8h30pm…
