They had no French onion soup. Fish and chips fair, a lot of dough, very little fish. Wing small and very little taste. The experience had not complied with previous reviews. No alcohol license. Hidden little diners from the main street in Cardinal. Friendly staff, good breakfast with strong coffee. Nice place where the locals gather and everyone seems to know each other. Clean. Very cozy. We ordered pizza and poutine (a little heavy on Gravy) for delivery the next day and that was also delicious. Service: Dine in Meal Type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20

My wife, daughter and I pass by all the time, and finally bit the bullet to try it out. Staff were super friendly and the food was excellent (spotlight on the grilled chicken and home fries w/coleslaw). Only regret was that we didn't try this place much sooner. Already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you ladies!!!!!!

Staying at KOA Cardinal and we wanted to have a breakfast that we didn't have to make in the trailer. This website states opens at 9, store front states opens at 8 yet when we arrived there was not a soul to be found and restaurant was closed. Please update hours accordingly if you're not going to be open. Incredibly inconvenient. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
