Avaliação da contribuiçãoUnfortunately, the experience at this restaurant was very poor. The drive-thru and car park area were busy and congested. Some of the staff were unhelpful and not pleasant. There was confusion with the order resulting in receiving the wrong food. I had to wait in a parking spot before someone finally came, but they had forgotten a drink so I had to go inside to sort it out. The quality of the burger was also disappointing.
This is the worst Mc Donald's we have ever been to .Did order on app they could not understand code after several times telling them .moved on to next window 4 people and couldn't get are order right .Waited in a bay and half order didn't arrive .and my husband had to go in to sort it . The food was only passable and that's because by now we were hungry and fed up .never again .
The French fries were not cooked properly, even when I asked for them to be cooked longer when placing my order. The restaurant gave a poor excuse and ended up ruining them, making them taste like raw potatoes. It was disappointing.
Visited here on Mon, 7th August, for breakfast. Husband bit into his mcmuffin, and a piece of egg shell cut his gum. Went to complain and received nothing but attitude from the manager, Leanne. There was no concern for her customer or the situation she just snapped with a reply that there was nothing she could do as breakfast was finished and snatched the evidence from my husband's hand. She needs to go back to basic customer service training and have a little bit more respect for the people spending money there.
Got served wrong order elergic to cheese got breakfast with xtra cheese dint drink coffee got serveved coffee. Asked for breakfast wrap no cheese got a bacon sausage egg roll took egg out was awful next time I want a roll I will go to greggs horrible food served and manager was stressed as store was quiet scotch Street carlisle at 10 30 am it was quiet wo t be back
