1794 The Whiskey Rebellion - Carlisle

The food wasn't bad. The filet mignon was rather moderately rare than moderately difficult. The bread was pretty hard, hard enough to cut the roof of my mouth. Not sure I'll be back.

First visit. We'll be back. Server was excellent! I ordered the salmon and sweet potato fries...DELICIOUS and a slice of cheesecake with raspberry choke that is NOT disappointed. I loved the atmosphere. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Pretzel was great. The waitress forgot French fries. Ravioli and Shepard's pie was great. Service was terrible! Had to find waitress several times.

The Whiskey Rebellion was a great place to eat. I've lived in Carlisle for 25 years, but I've never been. My family and I all had different meals and desserts and we loved them all. Meals looked good and tasted great. I love the local farm to table philosophy the restaurant does because the food seemed fresh. We also tried a whiskey flight that was nice. I'm definitely back.

Wait staff could have been nicer... But food was good and the drink menu was extensive
