What a wonderful experience we had with Chef Exclusive! We hired Dan to cater 2 days of meals for our gathering. His communication with me was excellent and the menu was exactly what I wanted. Fresh, delicious, seasonal, well balanced and presented beautifully. There were vegetarian and gluten free option at every meal. He and his staff were so accommodating, kind, professional and patient with us as our meeting always ran late! The food was fabulous, specially the Jamaican j chicken wings, pulled pork and salmon. Everyone was raving how tasty the food was and how beautifully it was presented. I would highly recommend hiring Chef Exclusive and his top notch staff for your next gathering or special event.
