Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was here a few times and my last review was not so friendly, but this place is actually not bad. We spent the last weekend for a coffee and were for lunch. The vegan options have remained the same heart of Palm Coxinha, Feijoada and Moqueca, but they are braces of Brazilian cuisine, so it is nice to get vegan versions. I would love her to do vegan pão de queijo like another café in Melbourne. The Moqueca was pretty with a pleasant zanginess to him, while the Feijoada is satisfactory, but ultimately I am not so excited about the food I feel as to rush back. I like the cream of Coxinhas and the taste seemed to have improved/increased since my last visit. It's great to have Brazilian vegan options, not a special community in Melbourne, and I hope more will be available.
I recently had the best vegan moqueca I've had in years at this restaurant. They offer a variety of options for vegetarians and vegans, all while staying true to traditional Brazilian cuisine. This review was last updated on May 24, 2020.
This is the best vegan moqueca I've had in years. The restaurant offers a variety of options for vegetarians and vegans while staying true to Brazilian cuisine.
I have visited this restaurant a few times and my previous review was not very positive, but I have to admit that it is not a bad place after all. Last weekend, we went in for coffee and ended up staying for lunch. The vegan options are the same as before - heart of palm coxinha, feijoada, and moqueca - which are traditional Brazilian dishes. It's nice to see vegan versions of these dishes available. I wish they would also offer vegan pão de queijo like another cafe in Melbourne does. The moqueca had a pleasant tanginess to it and the feijoada was decent, but I didn't feel particularly excited about the food. The coxinhas were creamy and the flavor seemed to have improved since my last visit. It is rare to find Brazilian vegan options in Melbourne, so I hope to see more of them in the future.
I have visited this restaurant a few times and my previous review was not very positive, but in general, this place is not bad. My most recent visit was for a coffee last week, and we also had lunch there. The vegan options, such as heart-of-palm coxinha, feijoada, and moqueca, have remained the same. It's nice to see Brazilian dishes offered in vegan versions. I wish they had vegan pão de queijo like another café in Melbourne. The moqueca had a lovely tanginess to it, and the feijoada was satisfactory. However, overall, I wasn't overly impressed with the food and don't feel a strong urge to return. The coxinhas seemed to have improved since my last visit, which was nice to see. It's good to have Brazilian vegan options available in Melbourne, and I hope to see more of them in the future.
