Arby's - Carol Stream

Ordered the 2 for $7 special. One of the items was wrong (no fish sandwich). After eating the other item, I decided it wasn't worth it to get the order fixed.

You lost business tonight and most likely for the future as well. You advertise prices online if you buy stuff online, but then you're site doesn't work and says experiencing difficulties. Then you don't honor the price in store. I went across the street to Brown's. I highly doubt I'll be back.

If you want your order messed up, or shorted, this is the place to go. I can almost guarantee you will be missing something in your order. One time I gave the drive through my card, the guy did it wrong and let me drive off, then threatened me with calling the cops if I didn't come back and pay when I called to complain about my order being short. Lovely place.
