Dairy Queen (treat) - Carol Stream

Horrible. Came in with a clear digital coupon that states any Blizzard (small) excluding Royal flavors for .89. I ordered a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard (this is not a royal) man tells me I should’ve showed this first, and it does not include Pumpkin. I then go to pay FULL price when he states we only take cash! The woman ahead payer by card ?! Worst DQ experience.

I'm totally disappointed! Very bad customer service, the cashier rolled her eyes while checking on offers. The best part is the bad quality of the ice cream on top of that. I ordered cone, and the ice cream was not sweet enough, not creamy, and the cone was also stale. Look for a different location.

Great soft serve ice-cream but when it's busy it has very slow lines. 1 cashier 1 person getting item's ready for customers. It might move faster with 2 serving ice-cream.

Like the ice cream parlors from my childhood in the city, only thing missing was a juke box. Small and quaint. Liked it a lot

After waiting in line for 30 mins, i asked for a large blizzard with cheese cake and oreo add ins and the cashier straight up rolled her eyes at me. this was sunday march 26 around 8pm. so rude
