Otto Izakaya Downtown

I took a first date there on a Saturday night and it was great. I'll come back and let y'all know if she's the one. I really hope so, she's better than any sushi I've ever tried.

Disappointing experience! With only a few tables to be waited, we sat down and have been ignored for 20 min. (no water was offered). Staff was busy cleaning other tables instead and even served people that came after us. Left without another word.

We ordered Otto izakaya take out and were very disappointed. 1) The ahi tuna was clearly dyed, appearing with an unnatural shade of red and leaving the rice underneath stained. 2) The rolls were completely flavorless, specifically the rainbow roll which had several other pieces of fish on it. 3) the cost is similar to a premium sushi place It’s clear that the management/ownership of the store is using poor quality ingredients for the sake of cutting costs, while still charging premium prices. … – show

I did not enjoy the experience. Staff was distracted and food was middle of the road. Not a fan.

Nice place. Very clean. Professional staff. Beautiful atmosphere and lighting.
