Absolutely the worst service I've ever received. Never received our entire order. The waitress didn't check on us. Let our drinks run out and never got a refill.

I love coming here. I’ve been eating here for about 4 years, and every time the food has been great. Their freckled lemonade is my go to! Tastes fresh and the strawberries are delicious. It’s a great place to have a birthday or celebration dinner. Today the service wasn’t great, which it is hard to determine what kind of service you’ll get. It can vary. The food came out 30 minutes after, almost 40. I’m not on a time crunch, but if you were, I’d say to go elsewhere.

Never ordered pizza here,it is the best pizza ever, but you have to tell them to use ranch sauce instead of red tomato

We visited on 2/24 around 8pm For a birthday dinner, Our server at first forgot my husbands drink, we had to remind him after he re-visited our table multiple times. He then brought us an appetizer that we didn’t order, we let him know about it and he came back to the table, grabbed the plate that one of us touched to sit on the table and took it to a neighboring booth. then he came back; took the three plates off our table for that appetizer and gave them to the people. This is a major sanitization concern in itself. When we received our food, I had asked for my burger well done but it still had pink, all of our food was super bland and disappointing for a 15$ per person meal. We notice the bottomless side options and asked our server for our second bottomless side MULTIPLE times and he ended up rushing us to pay and leave instead of serving us bottomless sides as your menu states. I don’t want to return in the future and I’d honestly really like a refund for my 90$ meal that wasn’t worth a penny. And I still tipped because I’m not inconsiderate. We live over an hour away and I cannot express enough how much of an inconvenience this place was to my night.
