A beautiful location on the water, complimented by an amazing venue with sensationally respectful staff....we finally ate in the bistro this evening as a choice of place for my birthday dinner. All I can say is WOW! Ordered the Bruscetta as an entree which blew my mind. It was your everyday traditional Bruscetta, and I am not sure how to explain it but the flavours were next level! Let's move onto the main....I ordered the Spanish Paella. Hands down the best Paella I have had in my life! To serve up an entrees that was that good, I thought it surely cannot improve from such a tremendous start to a meal, then the chef steps up and smashes it out of the park with a main that wish never ended! The menu is so inviting that I will be back to try everything else as it all sounded so God damn good, but my word I'm going to be back for this Spanish Paella alone! Sensational!!!!!!!!! Welcome reception is disappointing, tables dirty, one lady were unfriendly, charging extra service charge for bad service...

Ok this place is losing me, which is disappointing since this is our local pub/bistro. Dishes have gone significantly smaller and more expensive. Food on this visit was average, well lets say 50/50 some things were good, but had someone on our table send the steak back due to being over cooked. These places you expect value for money. And staff here can also be 50/50, had times where staff or our waitress just seemed like she was ignoring us and just didn't want to work and we were waiting for her to take our order for a while, but then had other times were they have been great. This place used to be great, but just feels like its trying to be fancy, when it doesn't need to be, and its starting to slip. Service: 3

Nice place to stay, friendly staff , nice ambience, pool and gym well equipped, I was here for business reasons, the only issue that I had is that the fire alarm went one at 3.00 am in the morning one night, nothing to worry about it , but still it make my next day difficult. Nice restaurant and services , I would definitely came back here

We had a fabulous dinner on Saturday night with friends. The food was good but the service was even better. Mia our young waitress engaged with us so well with a good sense of humour that showed skills beyond her years. We definitely recommend WestWaters for dinner the ambience with the magnificent view of the lake is hard to beat.
