Pizzeria Gastronomia La Pagnottella

Love this restaurant and happy to be here once again Pizzas are the best using local ingredients Meraviglioso!

Like the previous review, we were desperate for somewhere to eat after the planned restaurant was closed (Tuesday night) and had already been to the other well known restaurants in the area. It's a takeaway place really with about 6 shelter tables on the footpath at the side of the road. Service was good, prices cheap and the pizza outstanding. Wish I'd ordered the special pizza because they looked something else. Two 66cl peroni, two Fanta, four pizza all for €32.

A bit desperate on a Wednesday night as many places were closed, but this was such a great find. Don't go for the ambience, go for the food! We all agreed best pizza we had eaten by a long shot and I think mine may even be best pizza ever. You won't be disappointed. 5-8 Euros a pizza.

We went here because we got it recommended by others and we ate the best pizza ever! The restaurant has a certificate of the slow food italy and only uses local products. The pizzas cost between 4 and 9 euro and are really delicious!!! We saw a lot of locals coming in to take pizzas home.

This pizzeria came as a suprise for us. We read about it in one of our guidebooks about Puglia. Altough you might not expect it from its location and atmosphere (next to a busy street), the pizzas are absolutely delicious! We strongly recommend you to take one of the 'Pizze Speciali '. All the pizzas are made with organic local products or as they call it 'slow food ' and you can taste that. Service was very kind and all dices were on time. Ashame that this wasn 't rated on tripadvisor yet. Also perfect for take-away! We will probably pass by again soon for a pizza!
