The hazelnut salad with oat milk was really good. Their açaí bowls are usually vegan. You have to get it without granola as the granola has honey. I have an avocado and tomato toast. It was just okay, but expensive at a little over $7.

Having recently moved too Carpinteria I have been checking out the local dining and snack locations. The Lucky Llama came to my attention as the go to coffee house and having made my first visit I am well pleased with the coffee, the service and the easy going ambiance. I will return for more of this fine coffee house.

A great local hangout. I love the lattes, and the acai and oatmeal bowls. It's a pricey for what you get, but what you get is tasty. I would be a more frequent visitor if they dropped the prices a little bit.

Everyone told me I've been trying açaí in this place for a long time. And I'm happy. The fresh fruit and smoothie mixture reminded me of açaí I had in Hawaii. I was a little disappointed that they do not have chocolate as a supplement to the bowl, but they added chocolate syrup for me. Very delicious. Great ambience. Will be a regular stop on my trip to Carpinteria.
