Chick-fil-a - Cartersville

I hate when I wait in a long line for food and the fries are not fresh and Crispy. I was in the drive thru and tasted a fry before a drove off. Fries were old. So I asked the girl that was standing outside around 5:49 pm on today March 27, 2024 if I could have some fresh fries. She just turned around. Never acknowledging my request. I asked if that was a yes as she had her back towards me. She turned and said yes they heard you. I tasted the top fry it was great. Drove off and all the fries at the bottom were old and had a boat load of salt on them. I couldn't eat them. I was already driving so I said forget it. Bad attitude and handing me bad food. Won't return.The only good thing about this experience is the guy that took my order. He was super professional and nice.

So, Varsity can't take my order and tries to upsell me for 10 minutes, now Chick-fil-a overcharges for diet lemonade with a meal. Is there anyone out there who doesn't try to scam their customers? All this back handed upcharge bullcrap!!! ?

We always have a good experience at Chick-fil-A good quality food at a good price.
