Very dirty rude an unprofessional 10 mins to take order and over half hour for food will not be

Service was Extremely Slow ! I Bought a Large Coke and their was barely any Coke in it ! When I opened the cup it was full of Ice ! The Coke Machine in the Lobby wasn't working , so I asked for a Coke that they got in Drive Thru , If I would have known they were going to fill it with ice and little Coke I would have asked for very little lce ? She never asked how much Ice ?Is this they way you treat out of towers? Not Happy paying for Large Coke and didn't even get to Springfield before it was Gone ? I think 3.29 was over priced for maybe 10 oz of Coke and a Full cup of Ice . Drive thru had Top Priority over 5 inside People waiting !

The food was fantastic, and the service was satisfactory. However, the soda machine was malfunctioning and in need of cleaning. Overall, it was a good meal and experience!

It's a fast food restaurant, and the drive-thru experience is similar to any major chain. However, what sets Carthage Burger King apart is the staff; they are incredibly friendly and polite. They greet you with smiles and seem genuinely happy to assist you. I've gone through the drive-thru several times for lunch, and they're consistently delightful.

Every time we choose to eat here, it's always a frustrating experience. They take forever to take our orders, and the staff often seem rude, acting as if they're above everyone else. The fries are consistently cold, and it takes a long time for us to receive our food. It’s clear that they don’t have enough staff.
