Usually, quieter times lead to a mediocre experience at some places, but this wasn't the case here. The quality of the food, the comfort of the atmosphere, and the attentiveness of the staff were all excellent. I usually order the ACP as my go-to dish when trying a new place, but this time I decided to try something different, and I think I've been swayed from my usual choice. Definitely give the Pollo Ranchero a try!
