Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went through the ride and every single item I ordered was cold and to complete it, I was not received. I do not understand that a simple task is not much skill required.
Strike one:Hot Cakes and bacon order was more like play-dough and beef jerky. Strike two:ordered buffalo chicken offers? only chickens tender with a **** of hot sauce on them - not even try to do what I saw in the commercials. Strike three: I entered the drive tru and said someone was right with me. I would probably still wait if I hadn't lost and gone after 5 minutes. Never back. This place is under par even for fast food.
This is the worst Mcd location in the whole country. Staff are fraud. You take responsibility even if you hand over the coupons. The manager is rude and unprofessional. They'd rather beg on the streets.
Every time I come here, I regret it and it is years of regret. They always seem to be made of objects (path, path before the pandemic) and the staff is often rude. Nice to hate your job, just don't try to get it on a customer who also tries to get through their own day. The owner/operator should be on other... I can't imagine that the restaurant is very good with reviews so bad. It was bad for years and only quick option in the area, otherwise I would not be this hard or even care to leave this review.
Customer service is good, as is the food. Usually you can get in and get out in a reasonable amount of time with fresh food. However, I usually need to wait for employees to finish up their personal side conversations before I am helped. Usually I wouldn?t have a problem with this as sometimes they may not know someone is waiting to be help, but sometimes an employee looks at me and acknowledges me either with a hello, or a nod, and then continues to carry out the rest of the conversation. While this doesn?t happen all the time, it happens enough to where I feel it?s worthwhile to make a note. I have seen this happen to multiple other customers, some of which ended up leaving before ordering, simply because nobody acknowledged that they were even there. There is not one specific employee that does this on a consistent basis, but I have seen it happen enough, again, to where I think it is worth mentioning.
