Taco Bell - Cary

Sometimes the waiting times are long, but it is still acceptable for a fast food place. The food is consistent. My only big complaint is that this special location has the MOST persistent problem of leaving items from my order. It happens 1 in 3 times. It's almost funny at this point. I will not return all the way back for a Gordita, although

10:45 on a Saturday when they close at 11:00, I was told as I pulled to the order kiosk that they were not taking anymore orders! Not a hello or welcome but I?m sorry we are no longer accepting orders. I?m DoorDash so my order has already been placed. Cars behind me were told the same. If I were a regular customer trying to get food before close, drove all the way here and told that, I would never come back. It?s now 11:00 and still have 2 dash vehicles in front of me.

This is the best Taco Bell location I've ever been to, I'm surprised it's taken me this long to leave a review. I've been coming to this one for the better part of a decade and have really never had a negative experience. Food is always fresh and hot, the staff are funny and nice, and the few times they've messed up an order it was promptly corrected, and they would usually offer an additional item free to correct the error. Great location, great people. If you need Taco Bell and you're in the Cary area, this is the one to go to.

I?m not one to leave reviews for places or just fast food joints in general but when your business of operation is literally mid day dead and I order food I don?t know call me crazy but I expect not only what I ordered but the food to be made correctly. Not only did I pay and not receive what I order but my crunch wrap had little to no meat or sauce. I always order this and I?ve never had anything this more lack luster.. wont be going back rather drive extra 5 mins to western Blvd.

Try the Chalupa! Edit: I had the Cheddar Chalupa Box, and it was the best 5 or 6 dollars I've ever spent on food. The service was fast and has the order right. I'll be back when I'm at Crossroads.
