Robin Hood - Casale marittimo

At fisrst sight great, beautifull restaurant with ironened linnen, but the quality and service was not as the reviews made us expect. Entrecote fulle of tough muscle the red wine was very warm, almost gluwein. And it took us 1,5 hours before the food was served. Service and comminication is non existing about the long wait if you read the reviews and expect great food, you could be disappointed. The price is to expensive aswell.

We were recommended to this by the Eurocamp staff. Every Monday there is a Tuscan evening at 7.30pm. No choices and the food was brilliant. Includes wine and water. Antipasti, 2 types of pasta (Both excellent), 3 types of roast meat (including rabbit), dessert and coffee. Our 3 children 9,13,14 all enjoyed as well. The wine was lovely too. Well worth a visit if you are staying at the Valle Gaia or further afield! You have to book in advance for the Tuscan night. The service was excellent as well. Beautiful views.

Siamo stati con amici in questo ristorante lun 18/4/22 a Pasquetta. Che dire, una felice scoperta. Bella location con vista sulle colline toscane, cibo ottimo, ristorante curato, e personale molto educato, gentile e attento. Il prezzo più che onesto in relazione alla qualità del cibo, la spesa per un adulto con 2 portate, dolce e una bottiglia di vino si aggira intorno ai 35/40 euro. A fine pasto ci hanno anche offerto un'ottima grappa e non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci!

We had two meals here during our recent stay in Tuscany and both were excellent; we will definitely eat here again. The owners and staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful. The first meal we had was from the main menu; we chose fillet steak and sea bass and both meals were cooked to perfection. Wine was a difficult choice with one red meat and one fish dish so we opted for the ‘Italian’ champagne recommend by Alessandro and we were not disappointed. Our second meal was the Tuscan evening at a set price; that too was lovely and excellent value for €25. To summarise: Food is delicious; atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
