Avaliação da contribuiçãoI visited King Kone because I heard they offered vegan soft serve, but unfortunately, their machines were not working. Instead, I tried a small cone of their dairy-free scooped flavor: Oat Milk Cookie Dough Chip. I was pleasantly surprised by the almost-butter pecan flavor of the ice cream, which made it more unique than regular vanilla. Overall, I had a positive experience and enjoyed the nostalgic ice cream stand atmosphere. I just wish they had more vegan flavor choices available.
As someone who was vegan as a kid and couldn't enjoy ice cream out, it's wonderful to now have the option to share a traditional American summertime treat with my child. While it is sugary, if that doesn't bother you, it's quite tasty. The restaurant has had a positive response to their vegan soft serve, and if we continue to show our support, they may consider adding more options, possibly even something healthier.
I came here because I heard they had orange soft serve. It turns out they only have one flavor of hard ice cream.
As someone who was vegan as a child and couldn't eat ice cream, it's nice to be able to enjoy a traditional American summertime treat with my own child now. While it may seem like a lot, if they don't mind, it's delicious. They also have a great option for vegan soft serve, and perhaps if we all encourage them, they may consider adding more healthier options to their menu.

Despite its sugary nature, I found it to be quite delicious. The restaurant offers a great vegan soft serve option, and I hope that with encouragement, they will consider adding more and potentially healthier choices to their menu.
