We had a rather large order so we thought it works take a min to get done. Our sandwiches got done and waited almost 20 more min for 3 iced lattes while 7 other people were served. Food was cold and was not even offered a refund or discount. An apology does not cut it in a situation like this. If give no stars if I could!
Great place great staff! One star deducted because the app doesn't work here. I had to leave without getting a coffee because the app didn't register the deal. So, do not come if you planned on redeeming points or using the in app deals.
Service is deplorable. Waited in drive thru line 10 minutes 2 cars in front of me. They are so slow. Note to people in a drive thru line: DON'T ORDER 15 LUNCH ITEMS ITS A DRIVE THRU!!
As a former Tim Hortons employee, I just wanna take a second to thank your team for the pleasant, fast, and professional service. I have yet to go to a location that holds their standards as high as I held mine when I ran my team. The staff worked well together, got my ordered prepared fast and it was picture perfect! Great job to the entire team, and thank you!
The people are really nice. Their donuts are really good and they're nice and that was what I like about them.
