Starbucks - Castle Pines

Dustin took my order and was incredibly informative! I requested a nitro coffee in a venti size, and he explained not only that it couldn't be done in that size but also the reasons behind it, which I really appreciated. He also made some great recommendations to help me with my order since it’s not something I usually get. When I arrived at the window, Milton handled my payment and was super friendly as well. I asked him a question and he was very knowledgeable too! It’s clear that this location trains its employees well. This was my first time stopping by, but I’ll definitely be back! If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! Thank you, Milton and Dustin, for the top-notch service!

The young women who work here are wonderful! They always prepare my fat-free latte just right. While I could praise them all day, I do have a complaint: I witnessed an older woman with glasses, presumably a manager, yelling at one of the poor girls and displaying a rather sour attitude. I believe one of the workers referred to her as Ashley or Amber? Regardless, the team is doing a great job, and I truly hope their management improves. XOXO
