Starbucks - Castle Rock

Dieucks serves the most overpriced watered-down coffee I've ever had. No matter what you order, it's always the same: a ton of ice with barely any of the advertised ingredients. I recommend trying a real coffee with genuine espresso beans at Oo-de-lally in Burgrock; it's fantastic! Their coffee is always delicious, and they offer a stamp card for free coffee after you buy ten drinks. Plus, you can add any size coffee to any espresso dish for free! It's truly amazing!

The baristas here are incredibly friendly. I really enjoy stopping by this place!

I visit this restaurant almost every day and usually order the same thing. However, today my drink was made incorrectly. Instead of preparing a new one, they offered me a refund of only six dollars. Is it really fair for me to have to pay for a drink that you messed up? This experience is the exact opposite of good customer service. I won’t be going back again.

I go to the Starbucks almost daily, get the same thing and today when it was wrong instead of just offering to make me a new drink they made me pay for another six dollar drink. Never again! Really making me pay for a drink you made wrong? Are you freaking kidding me? This is the opposite of what good customer service should be.

They mad my drink wrong and instead of offering to fix I was told they could water it down or I could pay for another one. I asked for extra stuff and they charge me almost a dollar and never give me anything! NO MORE!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
