Hotel restaurant in the beautiful village of the minervois, a well hidden courtyard in the shade allows to eat quietly. The boss is a real end-train welcome you and makes you comfortable right away. fresh product beautifully worked, a real treat. I recommend the octopus salad, mhuuuuummmmm.
