Empire Brewing Company - Cazenovia

One of the highlights of this establishment is their commitment to sourcing local ingredients for both food and beer. Overall, the ambiance is lovely, but my only complaint is the lack of bus staff. It's a very popular spot with a high turnover of patrons, yet the staff struggles to clear tables promptly. Unfortunately, we ended up sitting at a table with leftover food for a significant part of our visit. Aside from this minor issue, our experience was fantastic. I highly recommend taking the brewery tour—it’s fascinating to see how the beer is made, and they even offer a free tasting at the end!

This is a fantastic spot for a quick bite and to enjoy some excellent local beer. The pizza is also amazing!
