Chipotle receives a lot of customers, so there should be sufficient staff to accommodate the demand. I was also overcharged, but I didn't complain at the time because I planned on writing this review. The lack of customer service was disappointing. The store hygiene was also lacking, with food scattered around and unkempt bathrooms. The chips I received were dry and salty, making it hard to enjoy them. This overwhelming experience is why I don't usually go to Chipotle. I arrived at 10:33 when the store opens at 10:45, so that was my mistake. However, once it was 10:50 and the staff were already inside preparing, I had to wait until 10:52 for my food to be started, and then another 5-7 minutes for them to add a till. This was frustrating, especially considering I still paid for my meal.
The restaurant was busy with a long line, but they were able to serve all customers. The food was fresh and the place looked clean.
